The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to Pike Place and other attractions. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, but the rooms left much to be desired due to their small size and maintenance issues. Overall, it's a mixed bag – great for location and service, but the rooms need significant improvements.

The rooms were cozy but had a wet smell, and the one I was moved to was quite small with a lot of maintenance issues, like a non-functioning closet and a noisy AC. The bed was on the floor, and there was dust and even a handprint on the sheet. Definitely not ideal.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, always ready to assist. They recommended parking next door, which was convenient.

The location was great, right in the middle of the city and just a 10-minute walk to Pike Place and other attractions. Very walkable, which I appreciated.

The breakfast was decent but quite limited; it was a grab-and-go with toast, muffins, and juice. I expected a bit more variety for the price.
